IF Daniel Farke was to leave Leeds at the end of this season, who would you want to replace him?
Personally, these are the four managers I think would best fit the club and the vision of where we want to be.
𝗣𝗛𝗜𝗟 𝗣𝗔𝗥𝗞𝗜𝗡𝗦𝗢𝗡 – My personal choice. Phil Parkinson would be a option for Leeds because he understands how to build resilient, hard-working teams with character — something Leeds supporters always value. Throughout his career he has consistently achieved promotions and overperformed with limited resources, showing man-management and tactical organisation. His ability to create togetherness and deliver results could make him a steady option if Farke were to leave.
𝗔𝗡𝗗𝗢𝗡𝗜 𝗜𝗥𝗜𝗢𝗟𝗔 – Iraola would be an exciting choice because his style of football matches Leeds’ identity. At Bournemouth he has built an aggressive, high-intensity side that presses relentlessly, attacks quickly, and excites supporters — qualities Leeds fans have always embraced. He has also shown he can improve players, work within budgets, and compete against stronger squads, making him a modern manager who could keep Leeds competitive while playing fearless football.
𝗠𝗔𝗥𝗖𝗢 𝗦𝗜𝗟𝗩𝗔 – Marco Silva would also be a strong choice because he combines attacking football with proven Premier League experience. At Fulham, Silva has shown he can organise a team defensively while still playing attractive football that suits Leeds’ fanbase. He has demonstrated an ability to improve players, adapt tactically, and compete against bigger clubs.
𝗞𝗝𝗘𝗧𝗜𝗟 𝗞𝗡𝗨𝗧𝗦𝗘𝗡 – Knutsen would be another exciting option because of his reputation for developing fearless attacking teams that play with intensity and intelligence. At Bodø/Glimt he transformed the club into one of Scandinavia’s entertaining sides, consistently outperforming bigger teams in European competitions. His focus on pressing football, player development, and strong team identity would fit perfectly with the ambition Leeds supporters expect from their manager.
